Jamie and I just bought the Vitamix 5200 a couple weeks ago from Costco.  The Vitamix is an extremely high powered blender/ food processor that turns food creamy smooth and helps keep our family healthy.

Blue Apple Romaine

Last night I made Tucker some really yummy pureed food.  It looked super gross but tasted awesome.  He loved it!
4 big romaine lettuce leaves
1 whole apple (not the seeds)
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
Puree/ Blend and serve to your little ones.  This made 2- 3 servings, probably about 4 oz. [...]

Peas Please

1-2 cups frozen or cooked peas (frozen peas sweat and thaw very quickly)
1 small raw eggplant (skin included)
1 small raw zuchinni (skin included)
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup- 1 cup water or other liquid (i.e. breastmilk, formula, soymilk, almondmilk, milk)
blend until creamy or desired consistency. Add brown rice cereal for thickness if needed.

1 Avocado
1-2 cups raw spinach
1 Tomato
1 apple
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1/2 cup- 3/4 cup water
blend in blender until creamy or desired texture, add brown rice cereal for thickness

Tucker eats this pretty much every single morning with some changes hear and there. I actually drink it to every morning minus the rice cereal.

Kale

Kale is a SUPER FOOD when it comes to being nutritious!  It is the most nutritious green there is.
